In the US, your best option to watch as many games as possible will be through ESPN, ABC, CBS, CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports, NBC Sports Network, Pac-12 Network, and SEC Network. CFP Semifinal: TCU vs. Michigan

Michigan avoided a semifinal rematch with Ohio State and instead will take on No. 3 TCU.

The Horned Frogs are coming off of an emotional loss to Kansas State in the Big 12 championship game, while Michigan won the Big Ten title game by beating Purdue.

The Wolverines have the advantage of experience over TCU, having made the playoff last season, but neither team has made it past the semifinals in the CFP era.

Michigan is the No. 2 seed in the College Football Playoff, but this time the Wolverines are a heavy favorite in their semifinal matchup.

The Wolverines (13-0), who closed as a 7 ½ point underdog against Georgia in last year’s semifinal loss, are a 9 ½-point favorite against No. 3 TCU at most major sportsbooks. Jim Harbaugh’s team and Sonny Dykes’ Horned Frogs will meet in the Fiesta Bowl in Phoenix on New Year’s Eve, while No. 1 Georgia and No. 4 Ohio State will square off in the Peach Bowl later that night.

If the 2022 Season had a 12-Team College Football Playoff

The best team of the worst conference would be a 3-seed if the 12-team playoff was this year. | Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports Maybe it was time for an expanded playoff, but the seeding is a bunch of malarkey. Beginning in 2024, a 12-team playoff will commence. The controversial format grants automatic bids to the six highest-ranked conference champions, gives first-round byes to the highest ranked four champions, and completes the field with six at-large selections. No at-large can earn a bye. First-round games, between seeds 5 through 12, are to be played on campus or at a location designated by the higher seed. In other words, should a team like Wake Forest get in and be a higher seed in the first round, they might be convinced to play in Carolina Panthers ’ stadium rather than in the Demon Deacons’ 31,500 capacity stadium. If a 12-team Playoff was held this season with the guidelines laid out above, the following is what it would look like under the current format: SEEDINGS: G...
